[Lightweight Design, Efficient & Featherlight]
Compared to traditional PLA material (density 1.23g/cm³), SUNLU PP adopts a lighter PP material (density only 0.9g/cm³), reducing weight by approximately 27%. While maintaining structural integrity and functionality, it significantly cuts down the self-weight of printed parts. Whether for drone components, portable tools requiring lightweight design, or creative models sensitive to weight, it delivers high performance with a featherlight touch.
[Food-Safe & Reliable]
SUNLU PP meets food-contact safety standards, it's perfect for printing kitchenware (utensils, containers), packaging prototypes & kids' educational toys. Ideal for any food-touching creations with assured safety.
[Excellent Chemical Resistance]
With outstanding resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, solvents, and other chemicals, SUNLU PP material effectively prevents corrosion, dissolution, and performance degradation. Its robust anti-corrosion properties make it an ideal choice for producing chemical bottles, containers, and other applications requiring durable chemical exposure resistance.
[High Toughness & Impact Resistance]
SUNLU PP material combines exceptional toughness with superior elasticity, resisting fractures even under heavy stress. With a notched impact strength of 40 kJ/m², it delivers outstanding resistance to sudden impacts and shocks, ensuring durable performance for demanding applications.
[Exceptional Durability & Fatigue Resistance]
SUNLU PP delivers outstanding resistance to crack formation and fracture under repeated stress, maintaining original functionality and appearance even with prolonged external force, wear, and physical abrasion.
[Precision-Engineered Applications]
SUNLU PP excels in high-demand scenarios: rigid fixture components requiring structural stability, medical & orthopedic devices demanding biocompatibility, food-safe packaging/containers meeting hygiene standards, and chemical-resistant tools for corrosive environments.
[Recommended Print Settings]
Printing Temperature: 210-230℃
Print Speed: 30-50mm/s
[Printing Tips]
To ensure optimal first-layer adhesion, use a print surface specifically designed for PP materials. Apply PP glue, set the part fan to 10% only, and print in an enclosed chamber to minimize warping. To enhance adhesion between the print and the platform, it is recommended to add skirt structures around the print. To prevent deformation caused by PP material crystallization, avoid using dense and rectangular infill patterns.
